3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., Nemal Tel Aviv St. 40, Tel Aviv, Israel. When you visit the site, Wix automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and the date and time of access (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable, secure website). The European Commission has recognised Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where data is transferred to other third countries, such as the USA, Wix relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. I have concluded a data processing agreement with Wix. 4. Cookies
This website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies, such as those for security and basic site functions, are set on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All other cookies are only set with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can give or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
5. Contact form and other enquiries
If you send me a message via the contact form on this website, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, your message) is transmitted to me and stored in my Wix account, so that I can respond to your enquiry. The same applies when you contact me by email or phone. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or potential collaboration, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) otherwise. I do not share this data without your consent. Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. for business correspondence under German tax and commercial law).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15)
-
have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
-
have your data deleted (Art. 17)
-
